Swadelling is one good way to calm your newborn down and to encourage them to sleep longer. In this entry, I shall demostrate how to swadel your baby.. Davis is now too big to be swadelled so I've used his winnie the pooh (gift fm jessica) as a replacement.. Personally I feel that swadelling is good for newborn till they're about 3 month old..
Place your baby at the center of the cloth
remember to tuck the cloth under his arm and under his body..
leave some allowance for his legs to stretch
