America Hand Language (ASL)

I'm so into this ASL after watching the videos on Youtube.. So, I've decided to make my own ASL cards for Davis.. It's probably a bit early to start alphabets on him but I'm so determine to get started on it in case my passion goes down.. Soooo.. For the benefit of you mommies!! Here are the signs for the ABC... You may want to make your own cards for your little ones or alternatively you can save the pictures of my pretty fingers and call them your own! I can't believe I'm sharing all my secrets with you..

p/s: You can sign with either hand..

("A" and "S" are very similar, notice the placement of my thumb)

Xmas eve and Xmas day!!

A special thanks to Linda and Milcent for giving me face to attend the church service on Christmas eve.. Hope you all had enjoyed the service.. After the service, we proceeded to King eggroll for our early dinner as most of us were really starve to the max.. Eric and I then went to our host house to help her with the Xmas dinner preparation..

We prepared 2 presents for gift exchange..
I gave a bath and body works set to the Chinese teacher and she gave me a bath and body work set!!

Eric gave a reed diffuser from the christian bookstore to Kelvin Ang and he back got a reed diffuser from ULTA!!!!

Oh yeah.. it's mine, it's mine.. I need to clarify that I'm not a materialistic wife. Although I admitted that 2 weeks ago, I ask him if I would be getting a present this year.. But this is not what I requested.. In fact I didn't specifically told him to buy me anything.. But Daddy sure knows how to make his little wife happy!! Now I'm jumping around the room like a kangaroo..

I've got a pleasant surprise this evening when I open my door.. Found this little shower set on my door all neatly wrapped up.. The wrapper was somewhat cold and wet to the touch as it had been raining.. Couldn't find any card or name on it.. I wonder who is it from.. Friends? unlikely to left it on my doorstep.. Neighbours? I don't know any them.. Management? Impossible because they would only leave me notice for payment..

Mysterious Santa Claus has been identified!! She's no other than Juliet.. Actually it's my own mistake as she had already sms me but because not many people will call or sms me, so i didnt bother to charge my Hp.. opps!!! Thank you very much.. And appreciate your sweet little thoughts..

Xmas hunting!

I'm a little furious when I'm typing this right now.. This entry was already written yesterday and a moment ago, while I was trying to continue with it, in a snap of the finger, my whole entry was gone.. Wa kao.. Nevermind I merely lost some photos which could be easily retrieved back. Just hate little cock up like these.. Anyway these are the pictures Yian Yian took yesterday..

A brief introduction of what we did.. After the church service, Yian Yian and some others decided to go scouting the neighbourhood to see some Christmas lighting.. So we tagged along lor..
The 1st house.. I found the Xmas tree quite attractive and went peeking through the glass window to have a closer look, and make a guess? The owner was looking back at me!! Haha.. in a good way though.. It's so cool to have nice neighbours around the block..

The 2nd house.. This was like the coolest house that we went last night.. The owner was apparently very famous for his Christmas decoration as I saw a newspaper articles of him that he had proudly frame and hang on the wall.. He himself was dressed in an elf outfit, greeting strangers as they walk in and out of his house.. It's not just one or two strangers. I reckoned there's like 30 people.. Inside out..

Interior of the 2nd house.. The picture doesn't do justice to the effort that the owner had put into.. If heart and soul could be seen, I would say yes, I saw them in his work. And that's not all.. this is only one of the room and there's plenty more..
Despite the little hiccups that I had while continuing this entry, I, being the kindhearted and well natured person as I always have been, decided to share with you the whereabouts of this 2nd house!!. FREE ADMISSION ok.

The 3rd house.. The decoration was superb as it was well organised and also it attracted alot of people!! Sound effect was great too.. Kudos to the house owners.. Location: 53 Ave, Barbara road.

When Davis grow up, I shall tell him that his yiyi send him a letter on his 1st Xmas and mommy has no clue what's written on it.. And I shall tell him not to strain his eyes so much so as to save me from buying him spectacles.. hahaaa..
